Use an email address you can access. When I reply, I’ll email you a one-time secure link that opens that private conversation. If your message is about an existing order, adding the optional order number will help me find it quickly.
Each subject starts its own private conversation. When you sign in to My Account with the same email address, your conversations are kept together in your private message inbox. Message text itself is not copied into notification emails.
